Certain keys don't work?

Is this happening to anyone else? My hotkeys aren't working properly anymore, and I don't know what I can do to fix it other than completely change my Keyboard layout. Any suggestions?

(WASD and R work fine, but everything else goes bonkers)

The keys on my Keyboard won't work In-Game anymore. Only WASD and R work, I can't press G to throw a Grenade, and I can't press 12345 to switch to any of the weapons there. I can walk and reload, and the rest I have to do with my mouse which is a little difficult for me.

Ok, I fixed most of the keys, but one still gives me trouble. I put the "Switch to Knife" command to the F key, and it won't work, EVER. Anytime I want to switch to my knife and escape, I have to try to scroll through. Granted, it's not a terrible inconvenience, but I would like it to work properly. Once again, any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

The F key is also the flashlight key. Maybe that's why.

This just keeps getting more and more confusing. I decided to play as Demolitions earlier today, and the F key worked right, and brought out my Knife. I played the rest of that game with no more issues. But right as soon as the next game started and I switched back to my Support Specialist, it started messing up again. Why is this problem Perk Specific?

I switched it from F to E, and it didn't work then either.
