I'm escaping with Bandage girl right now, if I quit will I have to re-do Dr.Fetus?

Yep.

But on the bright side, Dr. Fetus should be quite easy next time. As a rule, most levels in this game are much easier the second time around. (Case in point, the kid took me and a friend 2 hours to unlock on the 360, when I got him again on the steam version, took 10 minutes.)

I just need a break from Super Meat Boy for a bit. The level itself isn't very hard, I just don't feel like playing much.
