How active is the multiplayer in FC2?

I'm considering buying it during the sale, but need to know how active the multiplayer is. A lot of servers?

Does it have dedicated servers?

I wasn't able to find a server browser, so I really can't say how active it is. However, the matchmaking system was a able to find a DM server pretty quickly.

there's no server browser, just match making. just like MW2

I don't know if this game supports dedicated servers.

Just checked, it seems like very few are playing, and punkbuster is kicking me out anyway.

Can servers be seen by owners of the game if the right click in the lower right corner (tray list) in the Steam symbol and then on "Servers"? Maybe this works and shows all the servers?

Oh and another very important question: is it possible to join a friend with the steam game overlay? You know, right-click and join via the friends' list.

choose join custom match for a server browser. unfortunately most pings might read as 9999 and there is very few populated servers also punkbuster is a ♥♥♥♥ and will kick you unless you use this http://www.theoldergamers.com/forum/...unkbuster.html
