Can't enable vibration on my controller
Hi there,
I played DeathSpank with my USB controller and now in Thongs of Virtue there's an option for vibration. I know that the vibration works in other games, but in TOV it's just greyed out so I can't active it. I'm using this controller: http://www.bigben-interactive.co.uk/...produit/id/328 Can anyone help me?

Do you really need to have vibrations?

No, but why not use vibrations if there's the possibility?

Same thing here with two Logitech Rumblepad 2's (one cordless, one wired) - option is grayed-out. My guess is that the game only recognizes that interface on xbox controllers or clones, but I haven't looked into it at all.

You guys that are having problem with vibration or other issues that the game doesnt recognize the controller can try the xinput emu driver.
http://gameherobrasil.net/2010/02/xi...k-do-xbox.html It worked perfect for me on my last controller. |

Some problem here. Rumbling controller, but no rumbling option!

I think this is the most up-to-date version. I may give it a try, but like someone said above I'm not sure I really need or want vibration with this game. |

Guess it would work as the menu promises... then you could disable it, if you don't feel like it. And I could enable it, because I'm very much into that rumbling stuff business. DeathSpank rumbling all over the place. Rumble ftw!

Thanks and rep to JATF and HugePinball.
![]() It works now. ![]() But it only vibrates when I'm low on health or my Justice-O-Meter is filled. Is that normal? |

You're using the emulator I posted, right? What settings did you use? I tried a few things, but no change - I assume I'm missing something. Although I have a different controller than you, so the same may not apply.

Just open it, it'll automatically create a .dll and a .ini And then I just configured the buttons right (General tab) and enabled force feedback (default mode) (Force Feedback tab). In the "Advanced" tab I chose "Game Pad" as device type. Then I copied the .dll and .ini into my DeathSpank: TOV folder and started the game. My controller then was recognized as Xbox360 controller. Hope this helps.
