Broken Sword DC crashes on startup

I just installed the game last night and when i tried 2 play it the game crashes every time i start it. I have Vista. It starts 2 come up then closes every time i click to play it. How do i fix this. Thanks for anyone that can help me.

nvm sorry i fixed the problem i had 2 add the exe to the DEP for it to run for me.
