Unable to fins last heart.

Ok, but i cannot seem to find the last heart, you see i killed all brothers and when i killed the last one called "Tyrant" i did not recieve a heart. I have looked at walkthroughs and heart locations on forums
but when i go to a location where there is supposed to be a heart, like Unas place, there is no heart there. Even though i have never collected it before. HELP ME!

In summary, I have 20 hearts including the heart of breakthtough, and i am unable to find the last heart.

Erm the only thing I could suggest is going through each heart location systematically and searching for the one you've missed. I'm unsure if failing to pick up a heart from one of the first 3 brothers you kill might result in that heart being unobtainable - perhaps that's the problem? If so, maybe you'll have to reload a game from just prior to when you started fighting the brothers.
