Why is russian version unpatched?

When i saw, that Cryostasis on steam was finally available in russian i was glad to put my boxed version somewhere far on the shelf. So now i decided to check it and what's this? Russian version is the initial release. Without the performance fixes, physx patch, ati cards dx10 fixes...
