Online Co-op Problems!

I bought the 4 pack for me and my friends and we've been trying to play it but none of can see the server any of us create regardless of what we do. We've set the server type to Ranked and Unranked, we've taken off the character filters, etc and still nothing works.

We've also given our computers the DMZs on our respective modems and routers, disabled our firewalls and still nothing.

But what I find most disturbing is the lack of support that the developer is giving us as there are lots of threads with these problems and still no word from the Developer to help solve them, oh but they do have time to "Wish us all a happy new year". I mean it's nice and all but we need real answers to these problems.
