Odd CS:S ping issue

I have never had this sort of problem and it just started happening randomly two days ago, but pretty much the first time I join CS:S and join a game, my game lags, my net_graph shows 180 ping - 400 ping jumping constantly, scoreboard ping shows normal 40 - 80.

To fix it, I have to restart my computer, so it's not an internet connection issue, and I have never had any internet connection problems. It will after about 2 - 4 minutes start giving me the Auto Connection Retry in xx.x seconds.

Then once I've played, if I quit, and go back to play again, it does it again and I have to restart my computer. Just kind of a random problem I've never discovered or ran into.

I have also had this. Even with forwarded ports on a cabled network.

Seems to be something Steam messes up. I just re-opened my ports (delete the old settings and added again), and it is gone...for the moment.

Yes, and have not worked for me. But thanks for trying.

Computers are so confusing sometimes. I had this problem a few months ago before my new comp, tried this solution, no fix. Do it just now, fixed it so far, haven't had the problem, just played in and out of CS:S for about 2 hours.
