Steam browser protocol

hi there!
bad english for me :<

i need to change my websites users in-game setting for cs 1.6 from the url(and they will know it ofc)

have found how can change it by connection on server here.

Code:
steam://connect/<IP or DNS name>[:port]/'command1 "arg1" "arg2";command2 "arg1";password "blah";etc..'
Connects to the specified server after executing the specified commands
An alternate syntax which makes more sense if you're familiar with HTTP URL syntax: steam://connect/<IP or DNS name>[:port]/?cvar1=value&cvar2=value&password=blah&etc..
A similar syntax could be: steam://connect/?ip=<ip>:<port>&password=<password>&hltv=<true/false>&gamedetails=<true/false>&cvars="<cvar1> <value>;<cvar2> <value>;" where gamedetails refers to Server Info (similar to proposed protocol below); and all data under cvars is automatically compiled into a one-time .cfg file.
i tryed everything and only works

Code:
steam://connect/<ip>/<password>/
no in-game setting like sensitivity didn't changed when i try this

Code:
steam://connect/<ip>/'sensitivity "10";'
or this
Code:
steam://connect/<ip>/?sensitivity=10
or this
Code:
steam://connect/?ip=<ip>&sensitivity=10
can help anybody ?
will be great if i can change settings exactly in the game , but by connection will be okay too

That's not a real URL, just a suggestion. Steam doesn't have that feature.
