"This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time." keeps happening for me when trying to launch the multiplayer version

Tried deleting clientregistry.blob
VAC in good standing
Deleted local files and downloaded them again.
Verified local game cache after installing
Using 263.09 nvidia drivers

Anyone got any other ideas as to how I can remedy this situation?

Looks like you tried everything, you try rebooting?

Downloaded 8gb for the 4th time now.
Thanks for turning my game into a less than a paperweight steam. piece of garbage.

Its probably not you, dont do anything drastic...

have you looked in the black ops folder if there os the blackopsmp.exe?
are you on windows 7 or vista? could be the windows uac. disable the windows uac it fixed the game is currently unavailable problem for me.
