Crash/freeze while in game

Got a new PC now, installed W7, all drivers up to date.

My game randomly freeze during gameplay.
I've read what Activison supportpage say, and it's a joke.

Why would I need to shut down everything on my PC, even my security programs, to be able to run their game on a FAST pc?
If not that, why on earth should I run my PC in 1024*768 Res when I have 24" screen. And, why would I have to redo this procedure every time I want to play?
Their solution is a joke!

If anyone have a solution for my problem, please help me.
CPU: i7 -950
RAM: 6Gb
GPU: 4770

This is what activision support site say

For Windows Vista\Windows 7
1) Right-click on your desktop and select Personalize.
2) Click on Display Settings
3) Set the resolution slider to 1024X768
4) Set the colors to Highest (32 bit).
5) Click Apply and OK.

# All background applications should be shut down prior to running the game.

1) Go to the Start bar and select Run. (If you are on Vista or Windows 7, hit the Windows key and the R key at the same time)
2) In the Run window, type in msconfig and hit enter.
3) Once the utility comes up, go to the Startup tab and hit the Disable All button.
4) Next go to the Services tab and check the “Hide All Microsoft Services” checkbox and then hit the Disable All button.
5) Hit the OK button and close the utility, and restart your computer when prompted to.

Please note that this method will shut down all background applications including your virus scanning software. If later on you decide you want to re-enable programs that were closed down, you can undo these changes by simply un-checking the Hide all Microsoft Services box and hitting Enable All on both the mentioned tabs.

I don't think you understand my problem.

I have no lag

no stuttering

Everything is running smooth, then the screen freeze.
It's not the same problem as when the game came out, tbh, I never had the problems anyway.

I get that sometimes randomly, it just locks up or blackscreens, If you CTRL ALT DEL and then go back to the game (dont quit it) it comes back after a few seconds.
