Crash on Online Play?

I purchased the game, and Steam auto-installed framework and xna, etc.. The game runs fine - Until I click Online Play. When I do that, it brings up the lobby browser, refreshes the list.. Then just crashes with no errors.

I have the same issue. It also locks up when I try to join a game.

For some inane reason going into window mode seems to have temporarily fixed it for me.
