setting up a first account

so iv downloaded city of heroes going rouge on steam, when i click to run it, it comes up with the log in screen, all i can do there is log in and stuff, there no create account button or anything, i do have a NCsoft account though but i cant find anyway to create an CoH account, anyone help?

Not quite sure I follow, but do you already have an NCsoft Account? If not, head here.

Under Detail View of your Steam games library, there should be a "CD Key", click it, enter this into your NCsoft account page when it asks you to Add a game.

After that's done, then you'll be able to enter. You can't create an account from the ingame interface.
