So, I just made this game work.
I had the skybox error so I deactivated the physix from nvidia control panel
Desktop>Right Click>Nvidia Control Panel>Manage 3D settings >Programs Tab> Add> add Breach.exe here> Antialiasing -Mode> Off

After that, I had the infinite loading screen. For that delete the Breach.ini file and start the game again. The game should be restored to the default settings because the error came from you people twitching the .ini file although you had no idea how could some options interfere with the game!
