I'm getting 30-25 FPS average on high settings on 1920x1080.
My specs are this: AMD Phenom II X4 965 @3.4GHZ 8GB A-Data DDR3 1333MHZ RAM Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB OC What can I do? The game looks good but even Just Cause 2 runs better .

You can't do anything.
That's a known issue. |

Yeah, the game performance seems wildly, wildly inconsistent on different hardware.

We will look into it. It is an OpenGL engine and different series of graphics drivers seem to have a profound affect. Older high end graphic cards seem to fair better for some reason.

Yeah, same here. There can be so much mouse lag that it completely takes away the potential fun of managing a battle.
Phenom II X4 3ghz cpu 4gb RAM Windows 7-64bit Geforce GTX-460 1GB I'd go on with the specs but apparently you already know about the bad performance issues. |

having massive mouse and keyboard lag and horrible FPS on my system:
Windows 7 64bit Nvidia 460GTX (Asus TOP Edition) 1GB 8GB DDR3 Intel i7 860 Because of the lag i keep missing my overkills and blocks as it is so inconsistent If this isn't patched I'm afraid I will have to stop playing it. Still only on Episode 1 in the beginning (just got the bolt and encountered the mimes for the first time). I obviously won't be getting Episode 3 if this isn't fixed. |

It runs on high smooth for about 5 minutes. Then the FPS drops down to 10~ FPS which makes me think there is some sort of memory leak.

Similar specs as mentioned by the writers above:
Windows 7 64bit Intel i5-2600K GTX 560 Ti 8 GB DDR3 After a very short period blocking and strong attacks become pure random which makes even the fights in the beginning tough ones. Maybe I'll try it on my seven year old laptop. Should be running a bit smoother. |

Similar problems here. I have an i7-2600K and GTX 690 and get as low as 35 FPS on Desperation Street in a 1600x900 window.
CPU usage is only 5% - 10%. I see that it's only using one of my two GPUs, but that GPU is near 100% usage. However, electricity/power usage is very low, which doesn't make sense. It's like the GPU is loaded but it's really not. I used the NVIDIA Control Panel to force the game to use both GPUs, and both went to 99% usage while the frame rate stayed exactly the same. There's definitely something wrong with the game itself. Last edited by phkuxato: 06-27-2012 at 08:14 AM. |
