CPAL3D doesn't work

i have a problem.. when i lunch the game it doesn't work and appear a window with the message CPAL3D error.. what i have to do?

where can i download the patch? i don't find it..

As with all Steam games, the patch is automatically applied if you set Automatic Updates to "Always keep this game up to date" in game Properties > Updates.

CPAL3D is the game engine used by Numen. Without any detail about the specific error you get and your computer details, I am not sure that anyone could help you.

Maybe you have this issue because your graphic card is below the minimum requirements for Vista (GeForce 7600 GT according to the store page on Steam). You can see a comparison of your graphic card and the minimum requirement here.

You could try to update your DirectX drivers (DirectX Redist June 2010).

Windows Media Format Runtimes v11 might also help you.

And as usually, check if there isn't a newer driver for your graphics card.
