Usually i'm pretty glad with using steam but this is an outrage...I need to pay 60 bucks for the pre-order on Steam while the same game is on D2D for 40 bucks??

The collectors in D2D is 60 dollars. Where did you get 40 from? The standard in D2D is 50 dollars

Even without the discount it's still 12 euros cheaper on D2D.

Steam has always had issues with pricing things fairly for all currencies. I suggest getting it from D2D instead, since Steam's difference in pricing between dollars and pounds is drastic.
