But the chances of there being intelligent life near us that happens to notice us are very slim. Besides, if you noticed life on another planet, why would you stop in for a few seconds and fly away?

Perhaps they have the tools to collect data in that area in a remarkably fast way. Perhaps they find enjoyment, knowing the emotion in which humans experience.

If there are outsiders visiting Earth, there's no telling what they want from us or why they are here. I can not say whether or not ufo or aliens are real, for I have never seen any. I do feel that the people who claim to have seen them, are generally not lying. Their fear, and other emotions are hard to ignore.
