Help with adding skins

Hi, i need a little bit help on adding skins...
I tried just extracing the whole thing into the folder, but it didnt work.
I tried adding it to different files, but it didnt work...

You download the zip/rar. unzip it, open the folder, copy the contents (models, materials, sounds, and so on) into the cstrike folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\username\counter-strike source\cstrike)

Some skins have optional components, scopes and so on. Some skins have a 1-Required folder, for the base skin, then 2-Skins or 3-scopes and so on.
