all cars windows and floors looks like mirrors

i'm not sure if it's a problem with my graphic card or something, but all cars windows and floors looks like mirrors. specially the cars looks pretty awful shiny i even saw a black mustang that looks exactly with the same ferrari mirror finish. everything reflects everything.

i have the old TDU1 installed and many NFS, and i never had this problem before. is there any way to disable that awful mirror finish on materials? is it a problem in my graphic settings?

everything else looks great except cars windows and floors.
