foliage hack s commands

I published the commands on the bash and slash networks site a while ago yet two patches later and they still havent cheat protected them.

should i post them here or would i get a vac ban?

They are not hacks. The option to change settings given to us are not considering hacking.

If these commands were given by unlocking the console using a third-party program, then yes, you may report it to Steam Support or Activision directly.

This is not a hack it is easily done by editing the config file , and a lot of people know about it and use to their advantage ,to put it into perspective in jungle there is no grass and no leaves on trees.
It only takes treyarch to cheat protect the commands in the config.The Esl have been informed of the commands so what about the average player?

and Treyarch have been spammed daily about it since patch 1.05 from someone in the same forums.

post them don’t post them its up to you but from what I have seen making them public get things disabled quicker (just look at the no fog command)

This is why they locked MW2 down so tight. Gamers can not be trusted. You try to give them freedom, and it will be abused.

here i am like a a real d-bag, trying to use things i can not see through as visual cover, while some mouth breathing loser who gets beat on daily in the real world comes and alters a few lines in his config file and gets himself a huge tactical advantage.

I hope they vac people for this.

yea thing is i like tweaking the config to get better fps from a crap computer, i do'nt want them to lock down the config just cheat protect the ones let you see through objects

For ♥♥♥♥ sake. Anyone can do it, who cares. What i dont understand is why they dont cheat protect this but they cheat protect the r_streamFreezeState command that actually gives FPS and does ♥♥♥♥ all else.

yet if treyarch had of locked the console like they did in MW2 lots of people wouldnt be able to play Blops at all!

this ♥♥♥♥ing basic game engine is years and years old, the devs know which ones that should be protected and still dont do it

I was curious so I actually looked up the codes. From the one site a I found, they posted up before and after pictures.

The first thing that struck me is that anyone who turns on these cvars will definitely look like they're hacking. You're in for getting kicked/banned from a server unless the server you are playing on doesn't have a killcam, nor have any admins playing on it.

Second, the creator of the page noted that there was a significant FPS drop with turning on those cvars. His FPS count was locked in around the ballpark of 125 before enabling them, and then dropped off to about 90 afterwards. Odd finding.

If the hackers were able to make the foliage start killing people and racking up points I'd start to worry about it.

just take a look at zombies mode, the infinite ammo cheat command was posted here a couple of times and now almost every lobby will have the question "AMMO CHEAT???" so no don't post it.

Since when changing the game graphic textures is not a hack!?

So a seting that you change the in game graphic apearance to give you an advantage over the rest of us that play without that and normaly it is as you see fair and not a hack????
