One year, when I was an RA, I bought 40 chocolate roses and anonymously gave them to other female RA's by putting them in their mail boxes. I did that because I had a crush on one of them.

I'm baking cookies for ladies from many households. I'm attaching cards with all the letters of my name scattered on it.

Making hand sized white chocolate cakes, with various I Luv You phrases wrote out with strawberry frosting. <3

As well as making various tempered heart chocolates+white chocolate balls that I will wrap in transparent heart paper.. tied shut with a nice ribbon.

Few other surprises that I am to lazy to mention.

PS: Isn't Valentines technically a Christian holiday? I mean, the core of it is entirely associated with Christianity. Of course, we don't really view it the same today.
