Anyone remember DoD circa 2002?

If there are any players from really back in the day - players who remember bleeding, paratrooper gameplay, and the pre-merger DoD forums - you might get a kick out of this...

Heutau was one of my all-time favourites - I have fond memories of capping it out with some other [TFS] guys in less than 2 minutes back in the day!

And OwP does bring back memories... mostly the flame-wars we mods had to bed down on the old DoD boards when it started gathering pace!

Yeah the maps were great. Server I play on has A LOT of custom maps and does map nominations/votes every map. A lot of classics on there, heutau (never could spell it) Caen2, Thunder, Charbourg, Schwetz...
