Where is the Manual for PoTES?

I've looked about every place I can think of with no luck. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Sorry, I searched around online but I don't know if anyone has uploaded it. Since PoTES just came with like a package set I bought for Guild II, I never had a manual just for PoTES.
