How to put in your own loading screen for gmod server

When people join my server it shows the default blue 'G' logo with a white backround while joining my server. When I join some peoples servers they have a custom picture of something, for example some one had a picture of a list of server rules the had, another had just a picture of a gun dealer from DarkRP gamemode. I just want to no how to do this and where I need to upload or put the file into what directory.

(I don't believe this is called a banner image because the picture takes up the enitire screen when your joining the server)

You might need to set sv_loadingurl to a website.
There was some info about it on www.garry.tv recently.

For a fully customized loading page you gotta know a bit of HTML.
