Old chat logs

Is there a way to read old ingame chat logs?
I forgot to save a not unimportant conversation yesterday, so I would like to know if there's a possibility of reading the chat logs of past gaming sessions, or at least the last gaming session?

Unless you were running the server that the chat took place on, then no.
