Slow Internet Issues

So every other page i try to load fails and times out. It happens on every computer in the house. So my question is...

Is it Time Warner? Or could it be one of my two linksys routers?

I have reset everything with no luck.

Also all my game pings have gone from 30-70 to high 300-500

Might be a routing issue with Time Warner, should give them a call and see if anything is wrong on their side of things.

Not sure it's you. I have 10-12 Meg service and Steam has been awful since the Halloween sales but terrible since The Thanksgivings sales. Lots of server timeout errors or data base errors. They claimed they had equipment on the way in one post to fix the problem. There has been some improvement but it's not as good as service was this time last year.

Have you tried using something like speedtest.net? to check? It will give you your ping, upload speed and download speed. There are others you could try to test but I've never had any issues with this one and can't remember the names of any of the others. Nothing else it might give you some insight into whats going on.

Are you running the beta?
Have you tried changing the download and cloud in your settings. It's supposed to give you the best connection but doesn't always.

If it's a cable connection, they could have over subscribed your area.
