Major Sound Issues

I'm using an Asus Zonar DG Sound Card and its crackles and pops throughout the whole game. I have no issues with any other game or application. I've played around with many settings and have yet to fix my problem... anyone know a fix or happen to have any ideas please? Thanks in advance.

Is this in GX hardware mode? I've got a D2X and am loading the game right now.

I too am having sound issues with the demo. The movie sounds are in a constant skip, whereas the game sounds are just fine. It's not a complete deal breaker, but it is annoying. Playing the movies in media player (outside of the game) gives me perfect sound and video.

No I'm not using GX.

If you're running 7.1 audio, try dropping to 5.1. See the post I made on it here for details.
