Can I sell my steam games?

Can I sell my steam games, or give them as a gift and how it works?
Thank you

There is no re-gifting or reselling of games once they are attached to your account.

No, it was in the agreement you sign by clicking install. While you can not gift, share. or sell the games in your account, you are free to purchase addtional copies of games as gifts for other people through the Steam store which has a gifting option.

Doubt it as there is no such thing as a used digital game. You would be hard pressed to find anyone that would buy a used modern PC game period anyway even if not Steam with the install limits other DRM's impose.

If you are wanting the ability to trade or sell your games, I suggest a console or if close to a server Onlive for your PC.

The real question is, why did you buy games that you didn't need? Were they gifted?

Some people jump in sight unseen and regret their purchases and as such wish to recoup what they see as a bad investment. Understandable. Others do their research and are rarely disappointed. I know I'm rarely disapointed and even then not enough to get rid of a game I bought. I do understand why others would like to sell or trade though even if it ain't going to happen.

I'm gonna guess either OP got a hyped new release or a few sale ones maybe. But no it's against the SSA

No, you can not sell your games. This goes against the Subscriber Agreement and if you try you will get your account disabled.
