fps problem

Hello everyone.
my system is:
core i3 350
geforce 330m
3Gb RAM
Win 7 7600 x64.

so, my fps is jumping around 97-100 all time.
DEP done.
Deskop composition done.
running xp compatibility.

what to do?

it drops till 97. so little lag spikes apear.
sometimes it disapears, but i dont understand why.

A drop of 3 FPS near 100 should not make lag spikes unless something is really screwed up. It's likely you shouldn't even notice any change in the game besides the FPS counter.
