Director's Cut differences?

I installed the Director's Cut obviously thinking the mature content would be different... maybe the card would be removed or something, but I've replayed everything up to the sex scene with Triss and I can't see a single thing that's changed.

Does anybody have any specifics on the changes in the Director's Cut?

Director's Cut makes the North American version of the "Enhanced Edition" the same game as the rest of the world regions got.

It restored censored content like breasts in the "card" videos and certain in-game characters.

Also triss' first sex card has no difference between the cut and uncut versions.
