I remade many accounts deleted the player file and nothing works.

It's probably the multiple account problem I've experienced a few times.

Create an account using the in-game menu, I know it sounds Illogical but try it.

Some people seem to only be able to log in BL with an account after they've made specifically for BL as if it needs some type of permission, hence the in-game creation almost always works in that respect.

No one really understands Gamespy's account system, it's wacky.

Random things work for random people.

Have him make an account with information you want and you personally try logging into it from your pc.

If you're sure your firewall isn't blocking it then try making a new account in-game but with a new e-mail ect.

I've personally had this issue, I had to resort to making a new account, completely new e-mail, new name, new password from the in-game menu and it worked.

Logic test.

I've seriously seen many things work for people regarding GameSpy but simply not work for others when there's really no reason for it not to. There's obviously some variables but there's certaintly something about the system causing this which logically would imply an IP lock or something to that extent as nothing else could cause this, aside from some people having a firewall blocking the game's connection.

It's going to have to be trial and error for you dude.

welcome to Gamespy. Have a problem with it, petition Dev's to stop using Gamespy's matchmaking service as it's been bad forever. People have these problems in every new game that requires a Gamespy ID. I get logged out almost immediately if i don't join a game right when i log in. My suggestion is to say screw gamespy and play with friends using Hamachi.

Damn it'd be nice if it use Valve's matchmaking service, or better yet didn't require a gamespy ID.
