They stopped working with this update. As far as I can tell, the new bugs introduced by the update are:
1) All progress reset
2) Stopped working fullscreen (appears in a centered window now)
3) Trophies stopped registering
4) Too many bloody potatoes

On the bright side, the extremely bad lag that I used to suffer has improved a lot, although that may be a result of the forced window mode. I was never able to get A+ on everything before because of the jerkiness, but I did it in one sitting last night with no problems.

On the downside, now that I've finally gotten the trophy for A+ on all levels, it's not registering with Steam.

Yeah - I have to do that, or the top and bottom of the screen aren't visible. It cuts off from, on the main menu screen, half of her head to the bottom half of "wonderful". I don't know what resolution it's supposed to be, but it's a bit silly having to alt-enter it.

The sad thing is, this would have been a great joke if you'd bothered to check you work and not totally botch it with actual bugs (as opposed to potato bugs, which would have been okay). You've definitely earned the 'Red Ryder Rifle' award for fulfilling the old line about 'All's fun and games until someone loses an eye'. :-/

Part of me is hoping that the reset is part of the 'joke', and the save file will get restored by the eventual patch to de-potato everything (which is a major complaint by the people who have *multiple* games from this event, and have reportedly had 3GB of patches for this prank, and worse face similar again for when the games get *reverted* later :-/ ). The rest of me is probably going to avoid *any* Dejobaan games ever if this is the level of coding that can be expected. I know at least one person who had been interested in buying the Potato Pack--but decided not to after hearing about the bothed work. Congrats on losing sales for yourself, Valve/Steam, *and* your fellow indie programmers. Great work!

There is no forum yet for the 1 2 3 kick it game.. is that going to offer a windowed/full screen version, and what about the other 2 games? I was under the impression that these games could be played as such, and I am quite irritated that they are in such odd resolutions and stuck on weird parts of my screen. If you are gonna make something windowed, make it a true windowed mode please!

EDIT: I'd like to say I haven't owned the games by this company before the Potato Sack came out, I'd been wanting them and they'd been on my wish list a while, so maybe those options were originally there and are currently unavailable? Just wondering.

i dunno. i enjoyed thisgame (haven't really gotten into the other ones yet)... the concept is really unique and trippy, a new gameplay paradigm so to speak.... yeah, the bugs kind of suck, but i beat the game (i think) in one booze filled sitting and had a ball... i don't like to think along the lines of "oh these bugs will never buy from them again!," especially as it seems to be a few errors made in good faith... i mean, they put forth effort to expand this game after launch,a sign of care yes yes.... and i've got to admit, a little "bug fiasco" is part of the fun! a little meta game! no one here can say that us gamers have never drooled slavishly our fingers glued on the refresh button of the developers website for a patch before! teehee. anyway, yeah, in terms of constructive comments regarding the achievements not working, i have nothing to say, but really that's my only "complaint," and it's a small one.

Thanks. Funny thing is that performance is still pretty good in full-screen (a little jerky, but nowhere near as bad as it used to be). So either this patch actually did improve things, or it's just less demanding to render the player as a stack of potatoes than as a jumble of random objects. We'll see when the potato-ism gets reverted.

If you enjoy the gameplay of TWEotW, then you might want to investigate the Katamari Damacy games on XBox360 or PS3. TWEotW is pretty much a shameless ripoff of KD's gameplay (but a well-done, enjoyable ripoff, apart from the bugs and performance issues).

Well I have no console (and I would not get a PS2/3 or 360 if I wanted to have one) so this game has to be enough.
