Data file too short

Hello. Something happened with Steam today, and I had to reinstall all my games

Anyway, after installing Arma 2: OA, I get this error (When I try to run it):

Data file too short 'expansion\addons\structures_e.pbo'. Expected 67606447 B, got 658636800 B.

Does somebody here know how to fix this? I have tried to reinstall the battle-eye thing, but didn't work. Please help me!

Try to verify the integrity of the game cache and see if it fixes it. I ran into a similar problem just a few days ago actually and after verifying I was right as rain. Hope this helps.
