Red face GTA III Mouse not locked in fullscreen

I'm playing GTA 3 with my dual-monitor setup. Whenever I aim over to the right, my cursor runs to my secondary screen, so when I click to shoot, the game minimizes!!

Is there a good fix for this? I downloaded Mouse Jail but it's not working.

Thanks!!

I have dual-monitors set up with my TV and I don't have a problem, but I'm using a 360 controller. Have you simply tried disabling the second monitor?

I've found a work around.
A program called 'Cursor Lock'.

I run that before running GTAIII, and use 'User Mode' with a hotkey combination.
Once in game, I press the hotkey combination and the cursor doesn't leave GTAIII and wander onto the other monitor.
