In fact this would be financial infeasible. This is only for those 9 or so who are playing Portal 2 now. And they well deserve it.

Already have most of the games, same goes to most of my friends and some don't even have time to play.

I too hope this isn't true, as a Valve fan, I already own most of the games in the Valve Complete Pack.

I would be grateful nonetheless, don't get me wrong, but I was hoping to get rewarded for my effort, not my friends list, as greedy as that sounds.
