Finished COOP Question (Spoiler)

So we find out we're doing this to save humans, but she built the bots just so she wouldn't have to deal with humans. Do you guys think she did it because she missed Chell?

She said it was because the Robots didn't count as real science so it had to be people.

Yep. GLaDOS thought that having robots would solve all of her testing needs, but it wasn't real science with them. She needed real people to test.

Oh, I totally forgot about that. I didn't pay as great of attention as I could've, more time was spent messing around with my coop buddy and stuff.

Either way I absolutely loved the COOP, specially Course 5 set in the old aperture place, great puzzles, loads of fun

She says something along the lines of "If you can't die, it's not really Science, is it?" - to which she reminds the bots that they cannot die.

Glados lies, a lot. In this case she wasn't even being sly about it, she was being blatent!
