svchost (netsvc) downloading? (Vista)

I'm not quite up to speed, and in all the things i read i still didn't understand WHY it was downloading.

I checked all the Processors that where using the svchost port. and non of them came up as a threat.

Using Maleware byte (PRO) and AVG and they both didn't detect a virus.

Am i missing something or is Vista just wanting to use my bandwidth?

I wouldn't worry about stuff like that. Have you been on any questionable sites recently? If so I could check out whether or not svc host should be doing that.

svchost.exe -k netsvcs file information

The process belongs to the software svchost.exe or Security Center or Network Location Awareness (NLA)

Seemed to have stopped after i reset computer. Ran TDSSkiller, Maleware bytes, and AVG scans. Nothing came up.

So gathering Vista is just.. a strange beast..
