P-body is not an Easter-egg but it tells Chell that there are other test subjects running around. Later Wheatley tells her that and GLaDOS axplaines to her.

Btw see the aniamtion that P-Body does funny like hell

Don't know wich chapter and room but there is a hidden room with a stair to it with in Commentary mode a commentary node of Adam Foster.

Well it is quite hard to see and you wouldn't see it unless you were looking for it.

P-body will only run away if you look at him. Tough chance you won't see that.

You must zoom in

Another thing is that GLaDOS, when she's on you gun, that suddenly she says something like: "who's there, ow you can handle yourself for a moment can you' (I think in pump station Alpha), referring that there is someone else running around (not Atlas and P-Body). Then just for chapter 8 there is a door open http://steamcommunity.com/id/damic/s...469?tab=public so someone has opened it, else you where stuck

One easter egg that I found was that Portal 2 is made in Source Engine 2001!
(Found when fighting Wheatley, messege:
Source Engine 2001 (build 4554)
Map 'sp_a4_finale4')

Not really a egg either, but after you boot up GLaDOS @ the beginning, while GLaDOS builds the Test chambers for you, you can often see Wheatley for a short moment, before he disappears behind a plate.

Also (this is actually an easter egg in my opinion) the companion cube plays the melody of the turret opera, if you listen carefully

Yeah you can pick him up also. But he won't do anything.

Ok, if that's not a real easter egg, then this one should probably is:

At "Want you gone" section, I concentrated on the name list, and saw some of them are possibly related to the story

Erik Johnson (Maybe not quite as heavy)
Rick Johnson (Maybe not quite as heavy)
Caroline P?ller (That's what I'm counting on)

Finding the ship's dry dock is an easter egg, the ship's name itself is not.
