Attn Devs: Local only co-op stopped me from purchasing two copies.
The topic title says it all.

AGREE. The game could use some ONLINE multiplayer.

Hmmm...I just bought it for the simple fact that it had local-coop. To each his own I suppose.
P.S., Devs, many thanks for the inclusion of local coop. |

Yeah, I just wanted to buy the game for me and a buddy and saw "Local Co-op only". Too bad...

Bought it mainly because I saw the Local... the girl likes to play with me.
Although, it seems like the only way to play is to plug in 2 xbox controllers.... can anyone confirm/correct this? |

Attn OP: Any kind of online multiplayer, whether dedicated or peer-to-peer costs a lot more money to develop/maintain than local. I'm sure they did a thorough cost analysis and determined that even though they may lose some sales without this feature, that it was not cost effective.

When a game is on Steam they have access to Steamworks for free which has multiplayer hosted on Valves servers which costs you nothing. But yeah the time it would take to properly re-code the game to sync enemies and stuff would be a considerable investment.
