I heard that it runs very good on Max settings in a medium-high rig, but need do disable two things: SSAO and Uber Sampling or something like that

My guess is about a Dual Core 2.4GHZ CPU, 4-6 GB RAM and a card with at least 512 MB memory (not a budget card though).

I imagine my rig probably qualifies as medium grade, maybe a little higher (though i doubt it)

3.2 dual core (though it's actually a 4 core with 2 turned off, though i've successfully activated them with no side effects, i just leave them off because i don't feel i need it)

4 GB 1600 Mhz Ram

ATI Radeon HD5770 1GB

I imagine i could run medium easy, maybe high if i lower a few individual settings. I don't actually know because i'm not in possesion of a version that unlocked early.

At what Res?

How many cores, and how much of the cores is it using while playing the game on Ultra? Also what Catalyst are you using for that GPU?

1920x1080 Catalyst 11.5 and uses all four cores well.

damn if u only get 30-60 on ur card on high 1080p, i am screwed. I have to play on the medium graphics with my gtx 460

Also does it use 100% of the 4 cores?

Not hotfix and no it doesn't use 100% cpu, I think the GPU is just not enough for ultra or needs better drivers.
