Actually getting updates from Valve! How can we get this to happen more often?

Also, how's the progress on the Australian servers? In particular, 3FL?

I can't really tell. I can just see that 3FL is currently downloading the content.

Do you mean from the RUN dialog with: steam://install/<appid>?

In my experience that works about five minutes after a change goes live.
