Proper 16:10. When is it due?

Right now, the game can't render in 16:10 aspect in full screen, leaving those of us 16:10 monitor owners with lovely black bars at bottom and top.

It prevents me from truly immersing in the game's world.

When is the 16:10 patch coming. Any info?

perhaps never? its quite obvious people use 16:10 too.

Personally I think it is a travesty that a company, which characterizes itself as "PC lovers", to release a game that doesnt play full screen in 1/3 of gamers in Steam (roughly 10 million gamers here alone).

Have you ever seen that in Blizzard or Valve games?

Hold your horses, they have already said on their forums that yes they will fix it to allow 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10 native aspect ratio.

I too cant stand borders but as i say they said they will fix it in one of the first patches.

A big launch on an advanced tech new engine no doubt has quite a few things to iron out so we just have to be patient!

I would rather have some more DLC, game tweaks. Going from 16:9 to 16:10 is really not a big deal imo

Its a bit annoying but I think the game has other issues far more irritating.

Good, but it's still vexing that this wasn't included in the base game. Varying aspect ratios are not exactly new hat.
