Can I play Lego star wars with friends on same computer?

On lego star wars 3 the clone it says local co-op. is that the same as co-op? Can I play with someone else on my computer if I have 2 controllers? Thanks.

I think you can...i haven't try play this game with my bro, bcos of several issues with the game. But all that i know, if you want to use controller, go to options & choose "change device". There you can set your controllers settings for 2 players. Have fun.

Btw, if you experience some bugs/issues, pls let me know.
I even experienced cut-scene problem on the 1st chapter of Asajj Ventress mission...what the?!

Yes you can play with 2 players. It is great and lots of fun with 2 controllers. The coop is actually nice. In some instances each player gets control of separate squads. In the single player you would need to jump back and forth. When you are working in the same squad there are lots of opportunities to work together.
