SLI NOT WORKING BECAUSE OF DRM

If you use the exe from the goc version(no drm) sli works and framerate goes up by 60%. If you use the custom nvidia inspector profile is doubles.I am not sure if the steam version can have witcher2.exe copied over as I have retail version as it was £10 cheaper.
I went to gamecopyworld and downloaded the 1.2 no dvd from goc.DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE SKIDROW VERSION AS IT CONTAINS VIRUS.
Flatsom benchmark avg test.
175 beta standard profile sli = 60-75fps..........forest=90-13fps
beta 175 with custom profile =70-90fps..........forest=95-140fps
beta 175 no drm fix(single 580)=43-65fps........forest=60-75fps

This is also a heavy cpu intesive scene and in the forest the framerates are much higher.
This demonstrates that the custom SLI profile handles cpu intesive scenes much better than both single and the standard sli profile. Th custom profile does give the light bleed on interiors but give much better frames than the standard sli profile.
Whether it is worth the light bleed for extre frames is up to user but at least users that are able to apply the drm fix will be able to choose from 2 sli options.

This is confirmed working by everyone who has tried it with the retail disk so perhaps steam veraion is able to benifit too.

I think the problem was securom on retail. We could not get any scaling even with sli bit changed to custom profile.

Yeah it seems that way. The custom bits remains the only way I get flawless performance, yet it then causes the awful interior light bleeding

Another steam user told be that using the cracked exe instead of steam version got rid of drops to 10fps after speaking to npc's.
