That's strange. Did you update from a previous version perhaps? Just try uninstalling the skin completely and reinstalling it.

I wonder if it's possible to change the border color of users with status "Away" to orange or "Busy" to red. Kind of like Windows Live Messenger.
Or are there only 3 colors for Online, Offline and In-game?

Yeah, sadly the different type of avatar borders in Steam are limited to whether people are on/offline or ingame, so there's not much I can do about that.

Could you double check and make sure the tweak installed correctly please? The change is noticeable and brings the font size pretty much inline with Steam's default. Beyond that there's not much more I can do about it

You can just edit the file yourself and change everything to a minimum 16 font size like me
