whats the deal with potions and arrows?

i cant pick up red potions a lot of the time.
are some potions only collectible by caddoc or something?

also the same with arrows. some i can collect and others elara simply just walks over even though ive only got 50 arrows left.

its possible that this is a 360 only bug. but ill ask here anyway whilst im in the forum.

I've never run into the problem of picking up arrows or potions so long as I'm actually missing some.

you start with ONE potion slot for both HP and Mana. when you get more kills between both characters, i was able to get so far 2 HP and Mana spots.

kills and money lootage seem to help progress unlockables that aid in fighting through the game. Just got the +50 arrow upgrade, so that's nice.

I believe Gold just unlocks more content in the Crucible that you can play with but the talents will be unlocked through various other things, such as killing with melee, killing with ranged, shared kills, reviving your ally, performing executions, finding secret locations, and those dragon crystals, etc.

I believe you can get up to 3 Health / Mana slots which definitely is invaluable later in the game.
