Googling "patricians iv expansion buy" I found Walmart, Buy.com and other stores among the very top returns, but all say the product is not yet available. So I'd say just keep an eye on the official website and hope for good news.

Found one on eBay by the way. Ships free from the UK to anywhere basically.
