Very bright fog?

The game is incredibly bright, and from looking at videos on youtube, it's not supposed to be. Anybody have any fixes?

Win7 x64
Radeon HD6850
Catalyst 11.5 (current)
Windows updates current, Direct X current.

I've tried disabling visual themes and desktop composition, the issue is still here.

It went away once when I set my graphics to the lowest settings, but at some point it came back (I think when I raised the shader back to 2.0). However, lowering the shader level didn't correct the issue itself, so I'm not sure what's causing it.

I had this problem on my machine and fixed it by disabling anti-aliasing in game.

That did it! Have some rep for fixing this.

And forcing anti-aliasing in the Catalyst Control Center works without making the world a bleached-white glowbomb, awesome.
